How can I confirm that a store from which I ordered Cell Phone accessories is really a Yahoo! store?

I waited two weeks for my order. Hasn’t arrived. Found their website: easyaccessories.com and complained. Got another e-mail saying the order has shipped…but it looks like the first one. I’m not happy.

Seems like a scam site to me.
